COVID-19 NOTICES
- The Heber Wells Building is CLOSED to the Public.
Most services can be performed, and answers to frequently asked questions can be answered, on our website. If you need
live assistance, please call (801) 530-6747 or email realestate@utah.gov and we would be happy to help you.
- New Licensees:
All fingerprinting services at the Division are temporarily suspended. Fingerprinting can be performed at any local third party fingerprinting vendor or law enforcement agencies.
Exam Pass Dates AFTER 10/31/20: All Real Estate & Appraisal applicants that pass their licensing exams AFTER 10/31/20 are REQUIRED to provide their Digital Fingerprinting Receipt, or two (2) fingerprint cards (Blue FD-258) at the time of application, OR THE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Exam Pass Dates on or BEFORE 10/31/20: All Real Estate & Appraisal applicants that pass their licensing exams on or BEFORE 10/31/20 will be issued a Conditional License (Phase II), and are REQUIRED to provide their Digital Fingerprinting Receipt, or two (2) fingerprint cards (Blue FD-258) by 12/31/20, or their Conditional Licenses (Phase II), will be suspended.
- License Renewals:
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns, Real Estate and Appraisal licensees whose licenses expire in December or January
can now renew their licenses without being enrolled in the FBI RAP Back Fingerprint System, (if they have completed their required continuing education
(CE)). If your license expires in December or January, complete your CE requirements and you will be able to renew your license on-time without being
fingerprinted. In addition, please refer to the Division Newsletter
for more information.
- Commission and Board Meetings:
To join our electronic commission and board meetings, please email Maelynn Valentine at mvalentine@utah.gov
