All information listed below is accurate as of October 1 , 2007.
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications which have been expired for more than 6 months will not appear on any of these lists.
These files are in Microsoft Excel format.

To purchase a licensee list you will need to complete the Professional Licensee List Request form with Utah.gov, the state of Utah's official Internet site.

Real Estate:
  - Real Estate Companies
  - Real Estate Sales Agents and Brokers

Appraiser:
  - Licensed and Certified Appraisers
  - Registered Appraiser Trainees

Mortgage:
  - Mortgage Lender Companies
  - Mortgage Lender Agents

Licensees on this list whose records are highlighted are INACTIVE because they have not passed the Utah Mortgage Lender Exam.  Inactive licensees must not engage in the business of residential mortgage lending until they satisfy all requirements to activate, including passing the exam.)

Instructions for obtaining a company roster (a listing of all agents/individuals associated with a particular company):

  1. Open the file (either real estate sales agents and brokers or licensed mortgage lenders).
  2. From the menus across the top, select;"Data" then "Sort."
  3. Sort by "Association" then by "Last name."  Click "OK."  (The sort will take place immediately)
  4. From the menus across the top, select "Edit" then "Find."
  5. Type in the company name (such as "XYZ Realty").  If you're not sure of the exact name of the company as registered with the Division, type what you do know, such as "XYZ" and insert an * ("XYZ*") so it will search for anything containing that information.
  6. Click "Find Next."
  7. When you find the company you're looking for, highlight all the information you want printed (all the columns and rows), then from the menus across the top, select "File" then "Print Area" then "Set Print Area."  A dashed box will appear around your selection.
  8. Select print.
